How To Make Tandoori Chikern Paratha?

Ingredients for Tandoori Chikern Paratha:
Wheat Flour 2 cups
White Flour 1 cup
Salt as required
Oil/ ghee ½ cup
To prepare chicken mince:
Chicken Mince ½ kg


Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemons 2
Chopped green chilies 3
Oil 2 tbsp
White flour 2 tbsp
Water as required
Method for Tandoori Chikern Paratha:

Mix in 2 tbsp white flour in some water and keep it aside. First knit 2 cup wheat flour, salt, 1 cup white flour and ½ cup oil or clarified butter and keep it aside. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a wok and add in ½ kg chicken mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt. Cook it then add 2 tbsp tandoori masala, 2 lemons, 3 chopped green chilies and 1 tsp black pepper corns. Mix it well. Now roll dough and make a roti. Put some chicken mince on it and make a similar roti and place it over the mince. Put the wet white flour on the edges and press them. Fry the paratha in light oil in a frying pan. Once they are golden brown from both the side. Dish them out and serve it with raita.
